Profile building for Masters applicants is for students early in their degree, for example in the first year of a BTech. We don't offer it to final-year students applying in the upcoming intake.

We're selective, and that's the point.
Before we take anyone on, we talk. We only work with students we're confident we can genuinely help, so each one gets the attention a boutique promises.
If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

Good to know
Do you offer profile building for final-year students?
No. We offer profile building to undergraduate applicants and to Masters aspirants early in their degree, for example in the first year of a BTech, while there's still time to close gaps in their profile.
Who are the psychometric tests for?
Our psychometric tests and standalone career counselling are for undergraduate applicants. Masters, PhD, MBA and MiM applicants get career guidance as part of our main counselling.
Do you take on every student who applies?
No. We're a boutique, so we keep our numbers small. Every student starts with a conversation, and we only take on those we're confident we can help.
What happens after I get my admit?
We stay with you. We review your resume for jobs, help you build your LinkedIn profile from your first semester, and prepare you for interviews.
Do you work with other consultancies?
Yes, through Bear Academy: editing services, editor training, quality checks and training on ethical AI for editing teams.
